Favorites Overview The Super Path Mode is supported by the system, which allows users to bookmark a variety of elements, including documents, search results, department groups, storage locations, and categories. This function facilitates the rapid and effortless retrieval of frequently utilized items.

- Private Space A personal Space is allocated to each user, which is a private area that is exclusively reserved for their personal files and documents.
- Disk for Enterprise Networks The Enterprise Network Disk functions as the public storage space for the entire organization, enabling the sharing of documents and collaboration among teams.
- Folder for the Department The user's department is listed in the "Department I'm In" section. Users can collaborate with colleagues by accessing the department-specific folder by tapping on it.
- workplace that is collaborative All files that other users have shared with you for collaboration are consolidated in the Collaborate with Me directory. This simplifies the management and accessibility of shared documents by centralizing all collaborative endeavors.
3.2.3 Direct Access by Category
- Recent Documents This section enables users to effectively manage their most recent work by providing fast access to documents that have been recently created, uploaded, or modified.
- My Collaborations Users have the ability to manage shared files with a variety of operations, including reverse Selection, select all, and more, by navigating to Tools > My Collaboration. Once the sharing arrangement is selected, users have the option to modify the sharing permissions, navigate to the parent directory, or terminate it.
- Collaborate with Me Documents that other people have shared with the user are available in this section, which is accessible through Tools > Collaborate with Me. Users have the ability to preview, revise, remark on, manage, and perform other operations on these files, contingent upon the permissions they have been granted.
- Recycle Bin All files and folders that have been erased are stored in the recycle Bin. Users have the ability to manage their expunged content by performing actions such as Restore, Permanently Delete, and Empty Recycle Bin.
- File Types The organization and retrieval of files are simplified through the automatic categorization of files according to their format into categories such as images, documents, videos, compressed packages, music, and others.
- File Tags File Tags Custom tags can be generated and maintained by users to facilitate the classification and organization of their files for their own benefit. This function is especially beneficial for the speedy access and personalized administration of files.
