3.2 Right Pane

The Right Pane is the interactive area of the desktop interface that hosts essential applications and access panels. It is designed for functionality, flexibility, and ease of access, allowing users to work with tools directly within the cloud environment.

3.2.1 FavoritesApp Interface (Right Side Icons)

The right pane includes a vertical list of key applications, displayed as interactive icons. These represent your primary desktop components:

The Super Path Mode is supported by the system, which allows users to bookmark a variety of elements, including documents, search results, department groups, storage locations, and categories. This function facilitates the rapid and effortless retrieval of frequently utilized items.

3.2.2 Directory Navigation

  1. Private Space A personal Space is allocated to each user, which is a private area that is exclusively reserved for their personal files and documents.
  2. Disk for Enterprise Networks The Enterprise Network Disk functions as the public storage space for the entire organization, enabling the sharing of documents and collaboration among teams.
  3. Folder for the Department The user's department is listed in the "Department I'm In" section. Users can collaborate with colleagues by accessing the department-specific folder by tapping on it.

3.2.3 Direct Access by Category

  1. Recent Documents This section enables users to effectively manage their most recent work by providing fast access to documents that have been recently created, uploaded, or modified.
  2. My Collaborations Users have the ability to manage shared files with a variety of operations, including reverse Selection, select all, and more, by navigating to Tools > My Collaboration. Once the sharing arrangement is selected, users have the option to modify the sharing permissions, navigate to the parent directory, or terminate it.
  3. Collaborate with Me Documents that other people have shared with the user are available in this section, which is accessible through Tools > Collaborate with Me. Users have the ability to preview, revise, remark on, manage, and perform other operations on these files, contingent upon the permissions they have been granted.

Scroll Behavior: Not all icons are visible at once scroll down within the pane to reveal additional tools hidden from the default view.
