2. Navigating the Admin Interface

The Dots Logo admin interface is organized into several key sections accessible via the left-hand navigation pane.

3. Reports and Analytics: Benchmark Reports

The BenchmarkActivity Reports featuresection allows administratorsyou to setvisualize performanceplatform benchmarksactivity using customizable graphs. This view is especially useful for varioustracking activitiestrends, withinmonitoring theperformance, Dotsand Logoanalyzing application.user Byengagement definingover thesetime.

    3.1 Accessing Benchmark Reports

    To access the Benchmark Reports configuration:

    1. From the main navigation, click on Reportsconfigure and Analytics.
    2. visualize

    4. This will lead you to the Benchmark Form interface, as shown in the screenshot.

3.2 Understanding the Benchmark Form

The Benchmark Form is where you define the target percentage or value for different activity types. The form is structured with tabs for various activity categories, allowing you to set benchmarks for each.

3.3 Configuring Benchmarks for User Activity

When the User Activity tab is selectedset (as shown in the example image)e.g., youbar canchart, defineline thegraph, followingpie benchmarkchart, percentages:

  • Successful Logout (%): Enter the target percentage of successful user logouts.chart).
