10. Device Management

10.1 Overview

The Device Management feature allows users to monitor all devices that have accessed their accounts in the virtual web environment.
It enhances security and visibility by displaying key details such as device type, login history, and current status.

10.2 IP Address Tracking
  • Displays the IP address used by each device during login.
  • Helps identify the geographical source or network used for access.
10.3 Device Information
  • Shows the device name, such as the browser or software used (e.g., WebKit).
  • Indicates the device type, like PC, mobile phone, or tablet.
10.4 Operating System Details
  • Logs the OS and version of the device (e.g., Windows - 10.0).
  • Helps users understand the system environment during each login.
10.5 Real-Time Status Indicator
  • Clearly shows whether the device is Active or Inactive.
  • A green dot next to Active means the device is currently in use or recently logged in.
10.6 Last Login Timestamp
  • Displays the last login time in a user-friendly format (e.g., 2025-05-13 10:23:53).
  • Helps detect suspicious or unauthorized activity.
10.7 Search and Filter
  • Users can quickly locate specific devices using the built-in search bar.
  • Useful for accounts with multiple devices or frequent access.
10.8 Why It Matters
  • Ensures account security by allowing users to monitor and verify all access points.
