12. Log

12.1 Log Overview

The Logs Listing panel records every user action related to file sharing. It logs who shared or stopped sharing a file, with whom, and includes timestamps, file names, and permission indicators (View, Edit, Download). This feature supports full transparency and file-level auditing.

  • The Logs section helps administrators and users monitor file activity in real time.

  • It provides a record of shared files, including actions taken, responsible users, and the outcome.

  • Each entry shows which user sent or received a file, what the file was, and what type of action occurred.

  • This log is useful for auditing, compliance, and understanding the flow of documents within the system.
