16.Backup

16.1 Overview
  • The Backup section is designed to help users quickly create and manage database backups. It offers both manual and automated backup options with real-time progress updates and backup history tracking.
16.2 Backup Controls
  • Quick Backup
    A prominent black button labeled “Quick Backup” allows users to instantly start a backup with one click. It's especially useful for immediate or unscheduled backups.

  • Schedule Backup Setting
    Located near the top-right of the interface, this option allows users to configure and automate scheduled backups as per their convenience.

16.3 Backup Progress
  • The interface shows a Backup Progress box with a live progress bar.

  • The backup status is updated in real time.

  • The size of the backup file is shown (e.g., 392.13 KB).

  • Once the process is complete, a large yellow checkmark confirms successful completion.

16.4 Backup Details
  • The storage location used is Local Storage.

  • The backup was taken via the Quick method.

  • The database backup file size is mentioned clearly (e.g., 392.13 KB).

  • The start and end times are displayed, showing that the process completed instantly.

  • The backup type is marked as Full.

  • The result indicates the process was completed successfully.

16.5 Actions Available
  • Delete: Permanently removes the backup from the list.

  • Restore: Recovers data from the selected backup file instantly.
