The Login Page acts as the secure gateway into the Dots system, offering a sleek and user-friendly interface that ensures a smooth sign-in experience. At its center, the page displays the Dots logo along with a warm welcome message, setting a professional and inviting tone.

Users are prompted to enter their Username and Password in clearly labeled input fields. To enhance usability, the password field features an eye icon toggle, allowing users to view or hide their input for accuracy. Once credentials are entered, a single click on the Login button initiates the authentication process.

If the login is successful, users are seamlessly granted access to their workspace. With its minimalist design and emphasis on functionality, the login page strikes the perfect balance between simplicity and security — making it easy for users to get started.

2.2.2 Change Username Flow

In cases where a user wishes to change their username or has entered incorrect details, the interface provides a simple and intuitive way to return and update their credentials. By clicking the ‘X’ (close) icon on the current screen, the user is seamlessly redirected back to the Welcome Page.

From there, selecting the “Change Username” option allows them to re-enter the correct username and proceed with authentication. This functionality ensures flexibility and user control, making it easy to correct errors and continue the login process without disruption. The flow is designed to be smooth, secure, and user-centric, enhancing the overall login experience.
