7.1 Notice Management
7.1.1 Overview
The Notice section under System Settings allows Company Admins and Group Admins to create and manage announcements that are visible to their respective users. This feature is designed to streamline internal communication by ensuring all users are promptly informed of important updates.

7.1.2 Notice Table View
All created notices appear in a table with the following columns:
- Title: The name of the notice.
- Status: Whether the notice is Draft, Scheduled, or Pushed.
- Type: Type of prompt (e.g., Strong prompt).
- Push On: The exact time the notice is scheduled to go live.
- Created On: When the notice was originally created.
- Action: Tools to manage each notice individually.
- Reschedule: Update the publish time of an already scheduled/pushed notice.
- Delete: Permanently remove the notice from the system.
- Preview/View: View the full notice content as users will see it.

7.1.3 Add a Notice
Admins can create and broadcast important messages to users using the Add Notice feature. This is helpful for delivering announcements, updates, warnings, or any organization-wide communication.
How to Add a Notice
Click the "Add" button on the top right of the Notice panel. You’ll be presented with a form requiring the following inputs:

7.1.3.1 Message Fields
- Message Title: Enter the headline of the notice. This will be visible in the notice list and preview screen.
- Message Content: Compose the main body of the notice using the rich text editor. Formatting options like bold, italic, bullets, and source view are available for customization.
7.1.3.2 Push Options
Choose who should receive the notice:
- Everyone: Sends the notice to all users.
- Users: Target specific individual users.
- Groups: Send notice to selected user groups.
- Role: Push to specific permission roles within the system.
7.1.3.3 Push Method:
- Push Immediately: Sends the notice as soon as it is saved.
- Scheduled Push: Set a future time and date to send the notice.
7.1.3.4 Prompt Level:
- Weak Hint: Displays a red dot in the top-right notification icon as a subtle alert.
- Strong Prompt: Triggers a full pop-up alert immediately after the user logs in.
Note: All required fields (marked with a red asterisk *) must be filled in before saving.
7.1.3.5 Final Step
- Click the “Save” button to complete the process. The notice will be:
- Sent instantly (if immediate push is selected), or Queued to go live at the scheduled date and time.
7.1.3.6 View Notice
Function: Allows admins to preview the full content of a pushed notice.
How to Access: Click the 👁️ Eye icon under the Action column.
What You’ll See:
A pop-up window displaying:
Message Title: Displays the headline or subject of the notice for quick identification.
Full Message Content: Shows the complete body of the message as it was sent to users.
Push Date & Time: Indicates when the notice was delivered or scheduled to go live.
Purpose: To verify the exact notice content sent to users and confirm successful delivery.
