9.1.1 Desktop Wallpaper

The Desktop Wallpaper feature enables users to personalize their virtual desktop with background images that reflect their individual preferences or organization’s branding. The layout is visually clean and easy to navigate, making customization effortless.

9.1.2 Gallery View

• Displays a collection of preloaded wallpaper options in a grid format.
• Each image thumbnail includes a yellow checkmark icon to indicate the currently active wallpaper.

9.1.3 Add New Wallpaper

• A dedicated tile labeled “Add new wallpaper” with a prominent + icon lets users upload custom images.

Notes: Image upload is limited to 1 MB in size to ensure optimal performance.

9.1.4 Upload Process

• Click on the “Add new wallpaper” tile.
• A pop-up window will open for uploading a custom image.
• In the pop-up window, click "Select Image" to open your device's file browser and choose an image.
  

• Once you've chosen the image click "Save" to upload and set it as your desktop background.
  

• The uploaded image will be added to the wallpaper gallery and can be selected just like the built-in options.
